Prachi Patwardhan Joshi

Founder & Director, HRipple Solutions

Prachi Patwardhan Joshi is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and People development. A Post Graduate in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and a certified trainer, she founded HRipple Solutions in 2015 with a vision to deliver impactful HR solutions to organizations across industries.

Under her leadership, HRipple Solutions has successfully partnered with over 600 organizations, including Bajaj Auto Ltd, PWC, L&T, Serum Institute of India, CBRE, SaffronStays, and alike. Recognized among the Top 10 HR Startups by Silicon India in 2019, the company continues to grow as a trusted HR partner. Prachi is also a strong advocate for women empowerment and was honored with the HR Excellence Award by IES MCRC in 2023.
